I think this annual change over is a super important opportunity to reflect on where we've been and set intentions for where we want to go. This fuels me with new energy to start planning for the year to come.
A FEW HIGHLIGHTS FOR ME.....
My team and I accomplished some pretty amazing feats this year, including participating in our first Expo Manger Sante in March. This three full day event saw tens of thousands of people stroll through the doors. What an adventure!! I just love to see people's faces when they try my fauxmages for the first time. We are so excited to now be working with some great Toronto stores like Yamchops, V Word Market and even Noah's!! We spent quite a bit of time in this Veg friendly city including the weekend of our first ever Toronto Veg Food Fest in September. Despite the rain, it was an incredible experience and I was SO SO flattered to have been voted 'Best New Grocery Product' in the 2015 Veg Awards! I met so many amazing people and discovered many new veg restaurants! Thank you for the warm welcome Toronto, and stay tuned, I have some pretty exciting things in store for you in 2016!! wink wink!!
I was thrilled to take my Nut Cheese Workshops on the road this year! I was blessed to share the wonderful world of nut cheese with about 200 people, including these lovely faces!
New additions to the curriculum include a private nut cheese makers Facebook group and exclusive recipes, like my cashew based tzatziki and some of my favourite entertaining recipes.

The grand finale of 2015 was the launch of my new Réserve Spéciale Collection: four delicious new flavours that have been taste-tested at various events throughout the year. You can now order them on-line and have them shipped to your door. We've been shipping them all over the country.... Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Sarnia... we even have some going out to Gaspe next week!
