That's my mantra these days! Pillsbury Crescent Rolls + Zengarry fauxmage make a simple delicious!
I'm still working on my Apple/Brie addiction... so here is another one for the books.
8 small wedges of Zengarry Brie Style cashew cheese
1 apple cut into wedges
Jelly of your choice - I used The Garlic Pantry Garlic Scape and Jalapeño Jelly since I'm totally in love with it!!
Unroll your Crescent rolls. Place a wedge of vegan cheese, an apple wedge and a teaspoon of jelly on each crescent roll. Roll them up. Place them on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes!
