Who doesn't like a sweet treat once in a while?
These chocolate cookies are sweetened with fruit and no added sugars. So go ahead and indulge guilt free!!
3 medium ripe bananas
1 cup oats
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 Tbsp ground flax
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp cacao powder
2 Tbsp cocoa nibs or vegan chocolate chips
2-3 Tbsp chopped walnuts
1 Tub Fauxmagerie Zengarry Brie Style Cashew Cheese
Handful medjool pitted dates
Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until well combined.
Drop by the tablespoon onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
