Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean side dish made of a variety of vegetables with seasonings. In traditional preparations, kimchi was stored underground in jars to keep cool during the summer months and unfrozen during the winter months. There are hundreds of varieties of kimchi made from napa cabbage, radish, scallion, or cucumber as the main ingredients.
We now carry two flavours, a traditional spicy kimchi and a mild version for those with less of a tolerance to spice.
If you're looking for new and interesting ways to enjoy your kimchi, here is a simple and delicious idea!!
