Wine and cheese - the classic pairing, veganized!
Priya and Alex from A Vine Romance will be doing a vegan wine and cheese pairing with Zengarry Cashew Cheeses at Toronto Veg Food Fest on Saturday, September 12 from 2:00 - 3:00pm.
Alex is a professional Sommelier, wine enthusiast and ex-Harlequin cover model (!!) who earned a perfect score on his Wine Specialist Exam in Napa, CA! Priya is an avid entertainer who has a background in comic performing and producing.
This is sure to be a very educational and DELICIOUS talk! Not to be missed!
10 Day Local Food Challenge
Right NOW I am participating in 10 Day Local Food Challenge. This is a community event which runs from August 14 to August 23 to increase awareness and interest in local food from our community (Stormont, Dundas, Glengarry, Prescott and Russell). We have so many amazing local farmers, food producers and restaurants. I'm really excited to learn more about them.
