Cheesy Philly Steak Sandwich

Ingredients: 4 buns 1 package of vegan beef crumbles (Yves Veggie Round) 2-3 jalapenos sliced 1 onion, chopped 1 package of Fauxmagerie Zengarry Smokey Jalapeño cashew cheese ½ cup of vegetable broth 1 clove of garlic, minced 1 Tbsp. paprika 1 Tbsp. olive oil Salt & pepper, to taste 

Preparation: 1. Coat the bottom of a medium skillet with oil and place it over medium heat. Add the onion, hot peppers, vegan meat and garlic. Sauté for 5-7 minutes or until the onions are slightly browned.

2. In a small pan, heat the Fauxmagerie Zengarry Smokey Jalapeno cashew cheese and the vegetable broth over medium heat until you get a creamy sauce texture.

3. Divide the vegan Philly steak mixture between the sandwich rolls. Top sandwiches with cachew cheese sauce.
