This garlic pesto sauce is a creamy indulgence when poured over your favourite vegan ravioli. It is the perfect decadent dish for treating yourself to dairy-free dining in!
1 pkg. Fauxmagerie Zengarry Garlic & Fine Herbs cashew cheese
2 Tbsp. pesto
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 small pkg. vegan ravioli, cooked according to package instructions
Fresh herbs for garnish
1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm.
2. Add the Fauxmagerie Zengarry Garlic & Fine Herbs cashew cheese, vegetable broth, and pesto in a saucepan.
3. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until a smooth texture is obtained.
4. Pour over plated ravioli, garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy!
