Grilled peaches topped with Brie (Double Crème)

Grilling isn’t just for burgers! Let your BBQ bring out the sweetness of fresh peaches in this Zengarry recipe that is sure to impress your guests!


3 ripe peaches, pitted and cut in half

Vegetable oil

Maple syrup

Slivered almonds

Fauxmagerie Zengarry Double Crème cashew cheese


1. Heat grill to medium high heat.

2. Brush the peach halves with vegetable oil and place on grill for several minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches start to become caramelized.

3. Remove peaches from grill and drizzle with maple syrup.

4. Top with a small dollop of Fauxmagerie Zengarry Double Crème cashew cheese and slivered almonds.
