Healthy Cauliflower Vegan Alfredo Sauce

You don't have to sacrifice good tasting foods when it comes to eating healthy! Made with only 5 ingredients, this dreamy and creamy Alfredo Sauce is so incredibly easy and satisfying, you'll never know it's made with cauliflower. Perfect for a quick weekday lunch or dinner.




Ingredients:


1 pkg Zengarry Creamy Swiss Cashew Cheese

1 cup Cauliflower, boiled

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

Salt & Pepper, to taste



Directions:


First boil your pasta of choice and cauliflower.


Once cauliflower is boiled, add it to a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust salt & pepper. If you blend the cauliflower while it's still hot, your sauce will come out hot and ready to serve immediately. Note: If your sauce appears to be a bit too thick, you can add a splash of non-dairy milk.


Pour over your pasta of choice, top with parsley and fresh ground black pepper. Enjoy!
