4 cups sweet potato fries 1 package Fauxmagerie Zengarry Creamy Swiss cashew cheese 2 cups vegan sausages 1 Tbsp. olive oil ¼ cup green onions, chopped ¼ cup vegan milk (unsweetened) 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. paprika 2 avocados
1. Prepare fries according to package instructions. Meanwhile, prepare the vegan sausages. In a skillet, over medium heat, add olive oil, pepper and sausages. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
2. In a blender, add avocados, green onions, vegan milk, lemon juice, Fauxmagerie Zengarry Creamy Swiss cashew cheese and paprika. Mix until well blended.
3. Start building your poutine: Add sweet potato fries, sausages and cheesy avocado sauce. Top with fresh green onions, if desired.
