If you're looking for a healthy and delicious pizza recipe, look no further. This is a recipe that I use all the time and it never disappoints. Bonus: it's a satisfying meal that takes about 15 minutes to make, so it's perfect for those nights when you don't have a lot of time (or energy) to prepare dinner. Make it a family project and let everyone prepare their own pizza with their favourite toppings.
Prepared pizza crusts or Naan bread
Zengarry Sun-dried Tomato & Basil cashew cheese
Dairy-free pesto - I used Zengarry Fresh Basil pesto
Your favourite toppings - I used Yves veggie pepperoni, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, artichokes, arugula
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Spread a generous layer of Zengarry Sun-dried Tomato & Basil cashew cheese on the pizza crusts.
Top with your favourite pizza toppings.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 10-12 minutes until the crust starts to brown.
Remove from the oven and top with Pesto and arugula.
