Inspired by traditional Swiss Gruyere, this award-winning semi-firm cashew cheese is mild and nutty with a buttery finish. It pairs well with olive tapenade or your favourite jelly and makes a delicious grilled cheese or plant-based fondue!


Ingredients: Raw cashews, water, raw coconut oil, quinoa rejuvelac, nutritional yeast, GMO-free miso (water, soy beans, rice, salt, ethyl alcohol), sea salt, xanthan gum, citric acid.
