The flavours of matcha, mint and lime juice blend together to create this fresh and festive holiday cocktail. This sparkling holiday drink can also be made without the gin for a non-alcoholic beverage option.
1 Tbsp. Matcha tea 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Fresh mint 1⁄2 c. lime juice 1 1⁄2 c. sparkling water
1. In a pitcher or using pestle and mortar, combine mint, maple syrup and Matcha tea.
2. Put mint, maple syrup, Matcha tea, gin, lime juice and sparkling water in the pitcher. Stir gently.
3. Pour drink mixture into glasses containing ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
